NATUF organization for Environment and Community Development announced the launch of a project entitled “improving the economic situation of the youth orphans of Israeli War in 2014' within Wagd program supervised by Welfare Association.
The project, which is the number of beneficiaries reach up to 144 young men and women, aims to promote and enable their capabilities through planned training courses and workshops to help and prepare them for the labor market and also to link the achievement gap in education with construction of small income-generating projects in the field of business development.
It is worth mentioning that the second stage of the project launched to complete the first stage, which began in November 2015 within Wagd program launched by Welfare Association and Qatar Fund for development, the main financier of the program, with contribution of Bank of Palestine, the Fund Haj Hashim Ata Shawa for consonant charity to support the orphans of Israeli War on Gaza in 2014. The program aims to enable the orphans to live in dignity and to move forward to achieve their ambitions and hopes to become active members in their community.
